Anne Lashier, M.S., R.D.
Anne Lashier is a registered, licensed dietitian with a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in community nutrition and dietetics. She also has her Master's Degree in Public Health from Minnesota State University. She has worked in the nutrition and health field for 24 years. In the Des Moines area she worked at The Iowa Methodist Nutrition Center for ten years and she has run her own business, Nutrition 1 for the past 14 years.
