Minneapolis Marathon 2010

13 PD Walkers teammates participated in the Minneapolis Marathon on June 6, 2010.
4 walked in the half marathon (13.1 miles): Gail Aaberg, Lynette Barrus, Marie Johnshoy and LaDona Molander
4 walked in the 5K (3.1 miles): Melanie Brown, Andy and Amy Nelson and Darice Rossborough
1 ran the 5K: Paul Matthews
4 walked in the 5K-9: Anna, Katie and Kristine Molander and Krislyn Molander…along with Oskar and Molly (miniature dachshunds)
Thanks to our generous supporters, the 2010 PD Walkers team members were able to raise $3000 for the Parkinson Association of Minnesota.
The entire PD Walkers team thanks you for your donation and continued support in our efforts to raise awareness and to find a cure for PD. We look forward to our next event at the Des Moines Marathon on October 17, 2010!!
